Returns & Exchanges

At Invicta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
